Yelp - Racial Alerts
Today, Yelp made an announcement that they will be tagging any business on their platform that has had verified reports of racism.
Many are arguing that this could lead to defamation, or the opposite argument that it is saving not only the customers time, but also the embarrassment of being treated in an unfair way on the bias of their race.
