Help!!!
So I’m studying early childhood I’m almost at my completion and have just got a job I’ve just finished my second week of work and have made a bad mistake already. I drive almost 3 hrs including to and from home to get to my job I’m waking at 5am and don’t get home till before 6pm so I’m doing 12-13 hour days and my employer has noticed that I’m really flat and because I’m tired I don’t look happy when I am she told me I need to be more proactive an show more initiative. I’m a very shy person I’m still settling in I’m so used to letting telling people tell me what to do considering this is my first job in the industry.
Can someone please give me some tips on what I could do?
I was thinking along the line of doing more activities with children such as art ect, more cleaning and getting to bed earlier to see if that helps with the way I look, but other than that am I on the right track could someone give me feedback/advice or guidance?
