Does anyone sell Avon? I have questions.

Hi, everyone!

I am a teacher and a mom of an energetic 14 month old. My husband is also a teacher. I am looking into ways that I can bring in a little extra income with flexible hours. I was looking into selling Avon.

As I was reading the contract, there were a few questions I had and I wanted to ask someone who already does this.

Questions:

1) They say that you cannot market on any platform other than ones approved by Avon. Does this mean that I can’t market on a private Facebook group?

2) Is there a minimum that you need to sell?

3) there is a start up fee. Is this a one time thing, or do I need to pay on a regular/semi-regular basis?

4) If I decide that it isn’t working for my family, how easy is it to get out of the contract?

Please, I want honest opinions. Whether you’ve had a wonderful experience or a horrible experience with them, I want to know.
