Please Help! I've been struggling with recurring yeast infections and then BV for about a year now. Strangely enough I've never had any itching, burning or typical symptoms. After yet another treatment everything seemed to be getting better until I had sex for the first time in a while (yes, I waited a year😭). My sexual partner said he was clean and he doesn't seem like the type to lie. He's been very cautious in the past.

My discharge looks strange in a way that seems different from yeast infections and BV. The red panty pic is after 1 night and the blue panties are just a few hours later. There's a slight brown and pink hue to them and a creamy but clotted consistency. Is this the sign of an STI? Could it be something else? My period isn't for two weeks so I doubt the pink tint is from menstrual bleeding.
