Hello ladies I’m writing here because I feel like I don’t know who to vent to or if anyone will listen .

9/15 I had a chemical pregnancy

10/7 I got a positive pregnancy test ! Each day the lines are progressing (which means nothing I heard )

Today I had blood work so I’m just waiting for my results back

I haven’t spotted or anything but I’m having lower back pain ☹️😞 I feel like this will be the same thing again

Also I took a cheap test today it’s the first I got a positive on that so maybe it just in my head or something I need advice ,
