Contractions ??

I’ve been having cramping and back pain all this morning and I just had my appointment yesterday for my 36 weeks check up and I was only dilated 1.5cm so I’m not sure if I should be freaking out, my doctor told me if i had 4 contractions in an hour to go in because the hospital is over an hour away but my husbands phone is off and I can’t call him as he is not home atm and i live in TX and we’re supposed to have a storm surge all this weekend what do I do ???
