What would you do?

I came across a fb fight earlier and was wondering how many moms actually leave their children in their vehicle w/o an adult. She claims her 5 year old is mature enough to be left in the vehicle along with two other siblings. She said it’s hard to take three kids in and out of stores so she leaves them in the car, locked and with a window cracked. Personally I feel this is very negligent, anything can happen within seconds! She’s also stated that she feels it’s more likely for something to happen when she’s in a store with her three kids bc she’s not paying attention.
