My stomach already looks so huge I don't think I'm going to be able to hide it much longer. I'm 6 weeks today and go to the dr for a nurse visit on Thursday to confirm the pregnancy. My husband doesnt want to tell anyone until after that but I don't think there's any way my mom hasn't already figured it out by now. My stomach is huge (I'm guessing bloating), nauseous almost every day for hours, so much burping, having to get up to pee in the night. It's just so different from my first pregnancy where there were no noticeable signs/symptoms even at 12 weeks when we announced to everyone.
