IUD and Prgnancy

Anyone have an IUD and now pregnant with baby #2 (I have an October 18' baby boy)? How long did it take you to get pregnant? I had spotting 3 weeks after getting my IUD removed (5 days before my next period) and now this month had PMS symptoms but no bleeding and took a pregnancy test the day of my missed period and it was negative.
