What does baby need?

Hello ladies. I know I've mentioned before trying to find ways to do a vaby shower but its not looking promising.

Hubs and I have been worried about getting the things we need for our baby boy.

Last night my FIL told me that in the upcoming month of November to focus on getting Christmas gifts for the older kids. And then to get everything we need together for the baby for them to buy as a Christmas gift for the new baby.

So my question to you guys is. What are absolute necessities for the baby?

We were going to do a co-sleeping bassinet but we've now decided to take thr playroom and turn it into a playroom and bedroom for our older kids and have tje smaller room we currently all use for sleep as just a room for the baby and myself basically.

My registry is on Amazon and if possible whag from there would you consider a necessity and what would you say can be passed by?

I know crib, but mini or normal? And are toys necessary at this time? We have a 3 year old girl but I don't remember what we ended up needing. Were going from scratch.

Right now all we have is some random clothing, some diapers and wiped, the diaper bag, a few swaddles and sleep sacks. A sit me up by fisher price. Otherwise we need EVERYTHING.

So please bombard me with everything, even if it seems silly. (Like crib, how many sheets, mattress pad, etc. Even though we know we need these things I work best with lists so having someone let me know what needs to be bought it so incredibly helpful).

Also to add, I'm 23 weeks today, this js baby 5 although only my 3 year old lives with us.

Im also posting photos of the playroom and bedroom how they currently are.

Like I said, initial plan is to get rid of the couch in the playroom and put the bunkbeds in the bedroom into the playroom. We will be adding a futon for when the other kids come over.

Where the bunk beds were in thr bedroom will be where the crib goes and the other baby items.
