Pumping less - how to reverse this ?

Is there any way to bring back my milk supply in? I stopped pumping less & less & somedays go without pumping at all.. we were switching into formula which he ended up not even liking, but now I’m pumping like 2 oz combined.. 😳 at first it was like 5oz each boob.. any way to bring it back to before ?

Power pump everyday until your supply is back, take supplements (fenugreek works for some women, but actually hurts the supply of a lot too), make sure you are getting enough calories in to be able to have a healthy supply.
I had a hard time with feeding my first two. With my current baby I have finally figured out what my body needs to have a healthy supply. Fenugreek makes my supply decrease so I stopped using it, I eat a bag of Milk Makers lactation cookies everyday with my coffee in the morning, pump every 4ish hours, drink body armor or coconut water and make sure I am eating enough each day.

I was in oversupply so I cut back and then my supply dropped like crazy so I went back to pumping with every feed and after a few days it was back. Definitely try to pump every 2-3 hrs and go a few min after the last drop. 
Also stay hydrated!! Have a full glass of water with every pumping session

Grab your favorite sports drink (I like body armor cause it’s made with coconut water) and chug those. Hydration is extremely important in production and it’s easier to drink that than plain water!
