WORK DRAMA - YELLING MANAGER

I’m 10 weeks pregnant and still working hard in property management. I’m an assistant manager on property and my job is pretty stressful as it is.

My manager has always been a yeller and I can’t stand it, especially not bowls she yells at us as if we are her children and I’ve had it. We are all adults and should be treated and respected as such... I don’t even yell at my kids the way she does her staff.

Now that I’m pregnant I’m getting more irritated with the yelling and jumping to conclusions. Not to mention, she does this in front of people! idk what to do. I’ve had so many conversations with her and she’s apologized, literally a few days ago and is right back at it.

I’m dreading coming in to work.

I guess I’m just venting.
