Food ideas for kids birthday?

What could I serve for food at my sons 1st birthday? I don’t want to have pizza, I know that’s the most common kid birthday food. There will be mostly adults and only a few children but I would still like to keep the “kid food aesthetic” in a way. It is toy story theme

My daughters birthday is in November, last year we did a soup bar (3 different soups and all sorts of toppings). This year i think we are going to do Frito Chili Pie, or they can make a chili dog.

Our son is two and we’ve done brats, fruit, and chips for both of his birthdays. He really likes brats, and I don’t want to deal with an eating battle at his party, so we base the meal off what we know he’ll eat well. Then throw in some other foods, like a pasta salad, if needed to round out the menu.
