Infant Autism?

So I know it might be too early for a diagnosis & I will bring this up to his Dr at his 9 month appointment in a few days. But I am starting to notice some things that I think could hint at autism. My baby can hear perfectly because any little sound can get his attention but when anyone is trying to say hi & talk to him he refuses to look at them he completely avoids eye contact he will look away and turn his head. You can have a rattle toy in front of him and shake it and he will not even look at it for more than .5 seconds. We took family pictures recently and we tried everything and he would not look at the camera or even smile. It was almost as if he was hard of hearing but I know he is not. He is very hyperactive, I almost can’t keep him still & at dinners it’s getting really hard to be able to sit with him because he will fuss and squirm because he doesn’t want to sit still. He does not respond to his name, I’ve tried and I’ve tried but he never responds to his name. He has a kinda odd mannerism he touches the palm of his hand with his little fingers from left to right and then right to left. He only says ma ma, no dada or playing with any other sounds it’s either mama or he growls.& idk if this is because he is still small he has no sense of fear he’s fallen of the bed and the second I put him back on the bed he was heading the same way to fall off, he is always ready to just crawl right off the bed or couch no matter how many times I move him back. He seems extremely uninterested in any social interaction 😞.I have a niece who is only 3 months apart and I don’t remember her being this way when she was his age & I know that every baby develops differently but as his mom I notice things and idk if I’m over thinking but have any mommas noticed things similar that did or didn’t end in an autism diagnosis. I am first time mom and I am scared
