Dodgy period or pregnant?

Hi ladies,

Af is due today but nothing so far. However sometimes it can be 3 days out.. but I have no symptoms ie cramping / sore boobs.. I did have cramps and really sore boobs/nipples about a week ago.. I had small ewcm yesterday but just creamy cm today ... I did a strip pregnancy test yesterday .. bfn .. could I be pregnant or just dodgy late period?
