Going on 4 weeks no period

I swear I had implantation bleeding 9/23 until 9/25. AF was to start 9/27 but nothing.....i kept taking pt but always negative. I had a blood test done at the suggestion of a nurse friend and it was negative too. My dr thinks I had a chemical pregnancy and should start my period any day. But if I don’t after 2 weeks to test again. Ahhhh. Why is my body so confusing!? I had some cramping yesterday that last about an hour or so, no bleeding. Just need some encouragement!

UPDATE 10/26/20: started today. Just very light and dark brown when I wipe. TMI, sorry! Anyway, I decided not to get another test done and it’s a good thing I didn’t. Oh well, at least now I have some sort of answer even if it wasn’t what I would have wanted. God bless and best wishes to all of you.
