My Femometer came in the post yesterday and I have no idea what I’m doing or how to use it 😂 Are they any good? Do you use it orally? Is it accurate??

I just got one as well! I took it orally the first day (coincidentally I have been sick and had a fever that day 🥴). I read that taking vaginally is actually more accurate, so I did that instead today! 
Also have read that taking at the same time in the morning also makes the readings more accurate. 
I'm still new and confused about BB too, so we're in this together girl lol
