Baby on bladder! Any tips?

My little ones been kicking away at my bladder all week now the past 2 days have been the worst! Every 4 minutes Im running to go to the bathroom and Ive pee'd my pants 2x today! Im 29 weekS and I just need some tips or Nything to get her to move off my bladder!!! Ive tried rocking on all 4's and everything! Send help lol

There’s certain yoga poses you can do to relieve pressure and encourage baby to get off of your bladder. Doing those and rotating my hips (not bouncing) on a yoga ball or while squatting helped.

Non much you can do I have my babies head sitting in mine. Before she was head down she kicked it all the time. Now I get kicked in the ribs and lightning vagina and feel like I’m gonna pee all the time because her head is in my pelvis.
