Getting dna

So my friends is pregnant... and she knows who the dad is but the dad wants nothing to do with it and want her to abort the baby but she doesn’t want to because obviously part of it is her... he said 100% the baby isn’t his so why would he want her to have an abortion?!

Is there any way to get a DNA test when baby is born even if he don’t want to do it... ?!
