No support in c section ?

Is a support person allowed in c sections where you are?
I recently heard they’re not where I’m from and find that really distressing should I need one.

I think where I am support people aren't allowed in during the c-section at this point in time. Typically, one person is allowed in during. But you can still have your support people there at the hospital.

I had a normal birth last month, where my husband was allowed in, but I ended up having a csection after 22 hours of labor, and then he was not allowed into the operating room... Don't know about planned csections tough.
I suggest asking your hospital.

For months they weren’t allowed in where I work. They just recently started letting one person go in for a section

Where I’m from only 1 person was allowed during my c-section and during our stay at the hospital. Like everyone has mentioned it’s best to check with your hospital.
