A week ago my dad in law was having a heart ache , shaking, shallow breathing and feeling like he was having a heart attack! He refused to go to the doctor/ER! After some research , I went to my essential oil kit and diffused a blend to help his symptoms! I was 5 w and have not told the family, in the stress of caring for him I forgot  my own situation PREGNANT, researched about the oils and they are all Bad and now I'm scared beyond words!! Lemongrass, marjoram and others...worked wonders for him ! I didn't touched it just inhaled and could really hurt the baby!! Any words of wisdom?? 😔
