Hospital bag

Do you think its to early to start preparing our hospital bag. Im wanting to and asking because of COVID. Once you leave the hospital you can not go back in. If im making sure im fully prepared so we have no issues now then ill have piece of mind when it comes time and ill know im fully prepared. I just read some post where woman had this issue and the hospital did not allow their husbands back in. Also wouldn’t allow husbands in until fully admitted to labor and delivery. I plan on calling my hospital to figure how much i need to do to prepare.
