Pregnancy with pcos in your 40s

Anyone that has pcos and had

have u ever become pregnant naturally with your second child, as I got told I may be able to become pregnant but I’ve been trying again for bout 5 years, we don’t have sex often maby 2 times a week when I’m not on a period, my periods are not always regular, do u have any suggestions to help me or is it just I won’t have anymore children as my girl so desperate for sibling and we would like another but paying for

IVF

is just not an option at the moment as we cannot afford it.xxx
