I have had 3 boy pregnancies now, first one I was borderline for GD and the other two my sugar levels have been perfect. Gender and your body’s ability to correctly make/use insulin have nothing to do with each other.

Gender has nothing to do with it. I’ve had it with all 3, and I was also a prior endo nurse who worked with gd patients all the time. No correlation.

Didn't have it for my first girl, did have it for my second girl, asked to be tested early with this girl and passed that one but still have to do the 3 hour again around 28 weeks.
