Do you wear panty liners everyday?

Just saw this on IG and got me thinking...because some of the comments I read were, “it’s not healthy if you wear one everyday” or “I wear them everyday because the discharge stains my underwear”

I personally have grown accustomed to wearing one everyday because I’ve been doing so since my first period. And most often than not, I have heavy discharge and I get uncomfortable walking around with a wet underwear.

I have however in the last few weeks tried to stop wearing it everyday but I mean it’s hard lol
