Iud side affect

Should my iud be causing my smell to change down there?? I notice since I’ve gotten it (4 days ago) that I smell like BO down there.. I’ve never smelt like that in the past and have been showering twice a day making sure to keep it clean. I’m not sure if this is normal or what I should do so if anyone has some tips or advice please let me know
