All day sickness

Please help!! I’m roughly 8-9 weeks pregnant and have spent the last week in bed from debilitating nausea. My doc has me taking the unisom and vitamin b 6 combo as well as a nausea med. but nothing is helping! I can’t eat much or even drink at this point. Any suggestions? I’m desperate!
