In doubt

Hi friends, so yesterday i went to the ER after having my “period”. I was supposed to have my period on the 12th oct but finally took 4 pregnancy tests where they all were positive. Done echo yesterday n the gynac told that it was either miscarriage or i wasn’t just pregnant. Seems very confusing to me. Finally after blood test done yes it was acknowledged that it’s a miscarriage and hence bhcg test need to be done today again to know the stage..

cross fingers there is no serious issues.
