I know these photo look wrong but it's only my fingers haha I don't know if anyone can see but I have red dry parts on my hand. Every winter my hands get dry and horrible and look like I have something wrong with my skin. I have been given so many steroid creams and they don't even work and I'm on tablets to help my skin as it got that bad I would scratch my legs till they bleed. My tablets work but now it's winter my skin is going to get bad. What cream is a really good cream and does have to be really good must I say and works wonders for really dry skin. I hate winter for my skin :( :(
