Twins??

Question

Thoughts on twins here??? The tech confirmed the right circle was the sac and yolk. She wasn’t sure about the one on the left. Couldn’t find the yolk but felt like it looked like a sac. Go back in a week. This was taken at 4 weeks 3 days. 
Hcg at 14DPO was 594 
HCG at 17 DPO was 2000

I'd honestly wait till your next scan, there's no telling tbh as I've seen scan pics that look like twins but it's 1 baby and the other "sac" is a cyst you'll have to be patient but I'm sure a qualified sonographer can tell whether one is having twins or not

Still super early, but I do see what you and the tech are seeing. Hopefully you’ll get some answers at you next scan. At 6 weeks exactly I had an ultrasound and was confirmed I was pregnant with twins.
