You go by your LMP unless your dr changes it at your first scan, which they usually only do if you're off by a week or more. After that, it doesn't change. If you're "measuring ahead" later on in pregnancy, that just means baby is larger than average, but the baby's gestational age doesn't increase

I go by what’s on my ultrasound they changed my due date when I transferred doctors they went by my lmp but that’s not when I conceived they actually measured my baby and it was off a couple days which was 100% accurate
