Am I Stupid?

Let me know what you think of this situation.

My girlfriend who we’ll name Amy for the purpose of this post have been dating for almost 4 years. A large portion of it was long distance and we now have an apartment together for the year while she’s on a work visa in my country.

So today I’m on the couch just chilling. She’s busy working from home due to covid and is taking calls etc. In between calls she starts to go through one of her old phones and we both start looking at her photo album.

The photos start bringing back memories of places we’ve travelled together etc... after about 30 minutes of doing that she gets another call from her job and I continue scrolling through her album. I come to find a photo that she deleted. I see that it’s a screenshot of some a guy’s dating profile so I just showed her the screen and then I wanted to take a second look at it. Before I had the opportunity to do that, she starts trying to grab the phone form me and so I run to the bedroom and she banging on the door nearly breaking it, just to get her phone back. Eventually I give it to her but I’m upset because I don’t understand why she was so calm the whole time I was scrolling through her photos but once I get to that dating profile she blew up. Should I be concerned?
