Peeing while coughing/sneezing etc

Okay just made it to 3rd trimester. I've put on a little more weight then I'd like to but trying to manage that. Everytime I cough / sneeze I accidentally pee a lil. Sometimes it's kind of a lot though! Ive heard this is normal but is it to have it happen every single time? How do you tell the difference between anmniotic leak/waters breaking for when I get farther along? First time mom. Thank you everyone 😊
