High BP and numb fingers

I had my baby 3 weeks ago today... started off with some swelling which they said was natural... noticed my hands, legs and feet were getting really puffy... went in 5 days after birth to find my BP was 157/107, they started me on diuretics, BP was still high and now on lebetalol... my BP isn’t as high but still in the 140s/90s sometimes 100s... my fingers are still numb jus curious if anyone else has dealt with it and how long til u had feeling in ur fingers again...
