Finding out the gender?

Question

My husband and i are seriously considering keeping baby's gender a surprise until their birth. I am really hoping for a girl but they will be absolutely loved no matter what!
Anybody else doing that or has done that with previous pregnancies? 
Pros and cons? 
Thoughts?

I found out with my first two. But now that we have one boy and one girl, I really want to wait to find out. I’ve been told it’s truly the only real surprise we have in life and I want to experience that at least once ☺️

We stayed surprised with my first two ... I feel like it was especially exciting with my first because everyone was so eager when he came to find out and was waiting in hospital when I went in labor. It was a big exciting moment to hear and share that we had a boy.  For my second , we stayed surprised again but the feeling was def different at delivery since I had to have a scheduled c section and half the family that were at the hospital for the first were now the caregivers to watch him while my husband was with me in hospital. They it was an unbelievable moment for me to hear them same I had a girl. :) 
With baby 3 on the way we are finally going to find out gender. I think it must be a different experience and connection that can be made knowing early on.
If You know you want to have more than 1 , I def recommend having at least one surprise :)

We didn’t find out the gender for our first baby and it was awesome. Me and my husband loved the surprise of it and it drove the rest of our family crazy which was fun for us lol. We did find out this time because I wanted to be able to tell our daughter if she was going to have a brother or sister.

I hate surprises, I want to plan everything out ahead of time. But ultrasounds cost money and I’m paying the midwife out of pocket, so I really doubt we will have the money to find out the sex. We didn’t find out with our third either. It was a girl after two boys. I had nothing for her to wear except white tshirts until I went to the store a couple days later. I hated that. 
So after two boys, two girls and thinking we were done and getting rid of everything.... we won’t know until he or she gets here. 😕

Second time was twins, we sill didn’t find out-2 girls. (We also didn’t tell anyone we were having twins so they got an extra surprise) 
We’re on our 4th and last. We’re going to find out because I want to get rid of things. 
It truly was the best surprise. Everyone was so excited to find out about the babies and their names. It was also wonderful because if you do a shower, you don’t get everything pink or blue.

My first two were surprises and trust me, there’s nothing like it! It did make me feel a little less connected to the baby during pregnancy, cause I didn’t know how to picture him/her. Such an incredible surprise to find out once you have your sweet baby in your arms though! We are going to find out with the third because I want to prepare my little ones so they don’t have any gender disappointment. Of course, my daughter wants a sister and my son wants a brother. 😂

My mom did with me and my brother. Idk how she did it haha I’m 8 weeks and already dying to know! But I can imagine it makes the birth that much more special. Getting to actually know your new baby instead of finding out before meeting them! I can see the appeal!

We are planning to leave it as a surprised. This is our last baby, so last chance for us to do it. Some days i really want to know already but others I’m content waiting so who knows haha
