I have always been extremely close with my grandparents (on my moms side) they have been like a second set of parents to me and they have always taken care of me and supported me since birth. My grandma especially is there for me emotionally and I can tell her things I can’t tell anyone... today I found out she has COVID.. my heart is broken.. she is of age that it could kill her and she has been around my grandpa not knowing she has had it and he is my best friend. Idk how to feel, idk what to think, idk what to do.. I live in Hawaii and they live in Iowa so I can’t even be there to help or take care of them. I can only do FaceTime every weekend to see them. It’s been almost 2 years since I’ve seen them and knowing if things don’t go the way they should I may never see them again.. I am so overwhelmed. 😢💔
