Heavier flow after 7 days?

Question

I had my daughter 8 days ago and was so surprised how well I felt compared to my sons birth! 
I'm starting to feel a little more discomfort down there and wondering if its my stitches. 
But I have noticed my bleeding has gotten a little worse compared to the almost nothing I had these past 7 days. 
No clots. Not enough to fill a pad an hour. But still more. Anyone else ever had that happen?

Yeah that can be normal

Yes. With my last pregnancy I thought I had finally dried up. I had about 2 days of no bleeding. And then suddenly at day 9 or 10 I had some heavy bleeding again. I asked my OB about it but he assured me that this was a very common experience.
