Is it dangerous? Do I have to go to the hospital now?

Keep an eye on it! My son had something like this when he was 2... it got SO bad bad, I took him to so many doctors and none of them really knew what it was. 
As long as your babe is eating/peeing/ breathing fine it’ll be ok ❤️

It might be an allergy or sensitivity to the clothes they were wearing. I’d call the nurse on call at your pediatricians office unless you are concerned about their breathing, then definitely take them in to the ER. But my son had a similar reaction to a pair of pajamas that were scratchy. We took him to the pediatricians office and they were not concerned. It went away within a day.

Give Benadryl and watch for signs of breathing distress. A pharmacist or your pediatrician's office will know the proper dosage. Do you know what caused the reaction?

No need for the Er unless shes having facial swelling or a change in respiration.  If you have an urgent  care open, it might not hurt to take her in so they can prescribe the proper meds to help.  But I’d definitely schedule with the pediatrician and or allergist to figure out what’s causing it
