Frustrated

So me and my boyfriend have been dating for 5 months now I am 25 he is 34 he won’t have sex with me because he is terrified that I might get pregnant.. I don’t know what to do to reassure him more than I already have birth control pills and condoms and pull out all the same time and he won’t go for it.. and in my stupid brain I feel like he is turning me down.. I’m kinda at a loss..
