Help! Can I work out?
Please don’t judge me for this post. I’ve gained a lot of weight in the last year (about 30 lbs... 10 bc of quarantine). I also just finished my first cycle of clomid. I’m officially in the two week wait. Can I/should I start working out? Overall I want to start eating better but also working out again. Is this not good if I’m in the two week wait?
