MamaRoo worth it?

We got this to save money and it was a POS. It barely worked out of the box and after the second use just wouldn’t work at all. We returned it and went for the MamaRoo. I figured I could always sell the mamaroo used if the baby didn’t like it. She loves it.

My son loves it and its a huge help for me. He is entertained in it and eventually falls asleep so it's extra time for me to do dishes or food laundry while watching him. I was skeptical because so many babies don't take to it. The first two weeks my son hated it but I kept trying and using different speeds and motions until I found the one he loves (car ride speed 3).

Accidentally hit yes, but NO it is not worth it. Well it definitely wasn't for us, it is small my son didn't even get to use it past maybe 2-3 months and it sits at a weird angle, even fully reclined I found it was always in a really weird position. The fact that it isn't actually a swing also sucks, I thought the motions would be great as there is many options but it just isn't the same as a swing and definitely not worth the price

I always see a ton on market place and the reason for people selling is their baby didn’t like it so that made my decision for me.

Eh not really a necessity. my kids thankfully like it but I think any cheaper swing would work just as well. Also I have a lot of friends who bought it and their babies hated it.
