Booty gains?! Advice please!!!
I’m very self conscious about my butt. I feel like it’s flat and I want to work on making it bigger. I’ve been doing squats at home for 3 weeks now and I’m just getting bored of the same exercises and I feel like it’s making no process.
I know it takes time, but I’m wanting ideas on what your workouts have been for getting a bigger booty?
I don’t really have the option to get to the gym as I am a stay at home mom and during the evenings I work and when I get home I’m just exhausted.
Would getting weights for home work better? Or workout bands help?
