Ultrasound Help?!?! Twins??

I just went in for my first ultrasound for pregnancy #2 and I'm measuring 6 weeks and 4 days but I'm 7 weeks and 1 day, today. Due date is June 13th 2021. We heard and could see one heart beat but not two and it looks like their could be the possibility of twins? Or a hidden twin right now?! Take a look at my pictures and tell me what you think or what your experience has been if you have had anything similar to my situation? Also, I'd love to hear from any ultrasound techs and their opinion?! I'm going crazy because I have always wanted twins but I'm trying not to get my hopes up in case it's not twins and one does get reabsorbed?! Next appointment is @ 9 weeks in November! My emotions are all over the place!!!
