Tried so many things and this didn’t work either 
Don’t understand i use ovulation tests , vitamins preeseed have been for Ages and still nothing 😭 period due in 4-6 days

No, it’s because you are only 10dpo.

A positive ovulation test means ovulation will happen in 24 to 72 hours. Try having sex for 4 days after you get a positive too. At least that's what worked for me. And I took pregnitude which helped.

Heyyy we’re cycle buddies lol I’m also 10 dpo with negatives and I had a bfp opk on the 15th I bd the 13th, 15th, 16th used preseed and I’m still waiting, you’re not out until your period shows up! Fingers crossed for you!
