Lower back pain

Hi ladies ! Well my baby is already 19 months but my lower back pain is still here and I think it's just getting worst , I don't even lift him up that much anymore as he is 30 lbs ... The pain is in my lower back , hips and sometimes like on my butt . My lower front sometimes feel heavy too like when you have your period . It's tolerable but really ruins the day . Is it normal ? I can't even go for walks or sit down for looking periods .
