So anybdy going through the same!??

Question

I am nearly about 13w preg. I am usually out of breath all the time. When i try to walk or do lil work or sometimes even when i lie down i feel so wierd n out of breath. Is everything normal with me or is it something to be concerned about?!

I get short of breath quite frequently but mine is because I'm supposed to be on a beta blocker. I stopped when I found out I was pregnant. I'm also 13 weeks.

I had shortness of breath early, too. Just going up one flight of stairs had me winded. Best to speak to your dr, but you're probably ok. Just take it easy and listen to your body.

Doesn't hurt to ask your dr but this is usually totally normal. As baby grows you have less room to expand your diaphragm.
