Mirena IUD/Post bleeding?

I had the Mirena IUD inserted 2.5 weeks ago and had some bleeding. I am currently still bleeding (not a lot) but wondering if it could be my period? I am 7 weeks post postpartum and breastfeeding. Anyone have a similar experience ?

I off and on bled/spotted/nothing every day for 2 months and then went 3 months without a period. And now I have one every month.

I bled for over 7 months straight with my mirena.

When I got my iud placed (2016) I spotted just about everyday for almost a year. I got it removed in 2017 🤦🏻‍♀️ everyone is different
