10DPO - cramping

I am 10DPO today. I took a test this morning and it was negative. (6am)

Starting around 9am I have been getting some cramping and back pain, similar to period cramps but not as intense. Has anyone had this lead to a BFP?

AF is due Saturday. Going to try to wait till then to test again .
