Knee pain postpartum
Hi mommas!
I’m a FTM and I delivered my baby girl 4 months ago. For the past month/month and a half I have been having pretty bad knee pain, with occasional ankle pain. But it’s mostly in my right knee. Did any other moms out there have knee pain after delivering their baby? If so, was there anything you did that helped with the pain? Thank you!
