Skinny fat?

Idk if I’m skinny, fat or both. I have this lower fat and it makes me think I look pregnant in a way😅 idk if it normal or not but I hate it..

My gosh girl your body is gorgeous, there’s nothing to worry about! All girls get a little pouch of fat on their lower stomach while going through puberty, our body stores extra fat here to protect our baby making organs :) it’s completely normal and natural. And looks beautiful! Plus it’s comforting in a way lol, a lil stress ball to squish whenever you may need it 😂 so don’t worry at all. A woman needs to be at  an extremely low level of body fat in order to maintain no stomach fat, which is unhealthy because most of these women will lose their periods due to malnutrition. I know it’s hard, but try to love your body for all it does for you! That tummy keeps your organs warm and protected, all it asks is for you to appreciate it in return :)💕

It’s normal. I’ve been told it’s not necessarily fat but where your organs and all that good stuff is. I’ve always had it. Don’t be insecure for gaveling a body that works!!! And if you are try to love yourself!!

i am the exact same way. i hate my stomach, and i constantly struggle to find my body beautiful with it, but even if i can’t accept it on myself, i can tell you with absolute confidence that your body is perfect as is. it’s definitely normal, and i doubt anyone else even notices it :)

You are def skinny. If you’re insecure about maybe you’re a little bloated. There’s plenty of vids to teach you how drain the lymphatic fluid that causes the bloating. You are absolutely not fat.
